Disponibles en distintas intensidades, extra ligera (amarillo), ligera (azul), media (rosa), fuerte (morado) y extrafuerte (morado oscuro). Son ideales para asistirte en tu camino hacia los muscle up, tanto en barra como en anillas, para movilizar esa articulación que necesita un cuidado especial y para entrenar diferentes grupos musculares de forma aislada y sin peso.
Ejercicios recomendados con bandas elásticas:
Banda extra ligera y ligera (amarillo y azul): La súperbandas es ideal para principiantes y levantadores de pesos ligeros. Aumenta de forma segura tu intensidad, sin añadir pesos extra en la barra. Para los levantadores más exigentes, sumará una notable resistencia a los trabajos de bíceps y tríceps.
Banda media y fuerte (rosa y morado): Recomendadas para levantadores más fuertes y ejercicios del tren inferior (glúteos e isquiotibiales). Además son excelentes opciones para la movility stretching.
Banda extra fuerte (morada oscura): Quieres la máxima resistencia en tus sentadillas tanto delanteras como traseras, deadlift o press de hombro.
