    The Evergy PRO Olympic Z Bar or EZ-BAR curve is a great tool for both fitness centres and home use. All Evergy Olympic Bars are tested to the highest standards, the high alloy steel frame combined with dual bearings and Hard Chrome finish ensures stability and flexibility, the load zone diameter is 50mm, so you can lift with Olympic diameter discs. Bar designed for specific triceps training, but can also be used for biceps by using a neutral grip. Its differential design allows movements to be performed with an inverted grip, with the wrists in slight supination or inverted grip with the wrists in pronation, unlike conventional bars. This hand position allows a technique to work in a more specific way for the smaller fibre groups in biceps and triceps. Ideal for use in rehab and with both beginners and professionals, the main movements you can perform are the incline curl, French press, prone curl, pec press, military press and traditional curl. Combine them with our elite Olympic discs.
