    All Evergy Olympic Bars are tested to the highest standards, their high alloy steel structure combined with two double bearings and Hard Chrome finish guarantees stability and flexibility, the load zone diameter is 50 mm, so you can lift with Olympic diameter discs. Bar designed for triceps specific training, but can also be used for biceps by using a neutral grip, its differential design allows movements with a neutral grip, unlike conventional bars. This hand position allows a safer technique for ligaments and tissues of the shoulder and rotator cuff. Ideal for use in rehab and with both beginners and professionals, the main movements you can perform are triceps and biceps extensions both supported and overhead.
