    The Evergy PRO Olympic Bar 1800 mm is prepared to withstand the most demanding and explosive workouts. Without a doubt, the Olympic bars are the essential and fundamental material of any sports centre, physiotherapy, rehab and home gym. Tested under the highest standards, its structure in high alloy steel and Hard Chrome finish guarantees stability and flexibility, the diameter of the loading area is 50 mm, to be able to lift with Olympic diameter discs. With a length of 1800 mm and an inside diameter of 28 mm in the grip zone, official standard according to the International Weightlifting Federation, it is specially designed for female athletes or beginners of all types. It has two double bearings that improve the rotation of the discs. The Evergy Olympic pro bar is designed for the most explosive movements such as the snatch, snatch, jerk but also maximum strength exercises such as deadlift, bench press, military press, hip thrust and squats.
