Evergy's functional training medicine balls are the perfect solution for any type of athlete. Created with a uniform size across the entire weight range, they allow you to perform a wide range of movements without the need to modify your technique when changing weights. You can choose between 3, 5, 7, 9 and 12 kilogram medicine balls, depending on your fitness level and your goals, so you can increase your weight freely.
You can perform abdominal twists, squats, wall ball, sit ups, ball leñador and throws of all kinds with Functional Ball Plus. However, they are not suitable for throwing hard against the floor or wall.
