Our Evergy weighted ankle/wrist supports are a differentiating product due to their high quality and compact gel interior that can be removed to wash the ankle support. You can take them anywhere; resistance bands are a really economical option that allows you to develop strength, stability, and improve your health.
Available in weights ranging from 0.5 to 3 kilograms. The weight range is very staggered, and the design features a very secure velcro fastening which greatly improves safety in the execution of each movement.
When used correctly, weighted ankle supports can also be useful in physiotherapy, for example, if you suffer from hamstring injuries. Even just walking with them can make a difference. Incorporate them into your glute routine for squats, side kicks, hip thrusts, and also for upper body work.
