Dispone de agarres que se utilizan sobre todo para ejercicios de bíceps y tríceps. Es casi imposible lesionarse utilizando bandas elásticas, aunque si eres principiante se recomienda comenzar por la intensidad ligera e ir controlando tu propia evolución. Disponible en cuatro intensidades: ligera, media, fuerte y extra fuerte.
