The belt stabilizes and reduces stress on the spine. Velcro closure so you can independently adjust the intra-abdominal pressure exerted by the belt. It's specially designed to hold up during the most intense movements like deadlifts, squats, and cross-training. Available in three sizes: S, M, L and XL.
