Diseñado para entrenamientos funcionales pero además gracias a la gran variedad de pesos son perfectos y seguros para utilizarlos en procesos de rehabilitación. Puedes elegir entre balones medicinales de 2, 4, 6, 8 y 10 kilogramos, según tu nivel de fitness y tus objetivos para ir incrementando de peso con total libertad.
Podrás realizar con Functional Ball Plus giros de abdomen, sentadillas, Wall ball, sit ups, leñador con balón y lanzamientos de todo tipo. Sin embargo no son aptos para lanzar con fuerza contra el suelo o pared.
